At Design Wall Arts we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to use the right of withdrawal and return your order. Below you will find important information about the right of withdrawal and the return procedure.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.

When returning the product, you will be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Please note that the costs for returning the product from your home address to our webshop are for your own account. We recommend that you consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. The costs are usually approximately € 13.00 per package.

 

Return procedure

To make use of your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product with all accessories supplied in its original condition and packaging. Contact us atinfo@designwallarts.nl to register your return. We will provide you with further instructions and guidance on how to return your product.

As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will refund the order amount due to the original payment method within 14 days.
